What happens in a session…
Sessions are 50 minutes and held online.
We begin with what is most present for you. This might be something that happened recently, a thought you keep returning to, or a feeling that feels difficult to move through.
From there, we:
Slow things down so you can process what you are experiencing
Bring awareness to your body and nervous system
Make sense of your experience without rushing or forcing clarity
Identify what support or direction would feel most helpful next
Some sessions are more emotional, some are more reflective, some are more practical.
We follow what is most supportive for you in that moment, and identify clear next steps to help you integrate what we’ve explored and move forward.
My approach…
My work integrates:
Somatic awareness (working with the body and nervous system in a Hakomi-informed way)
Conscious relationship principles (understanding patterns and dynamics)
A grounded, structured approach to moving forward
I do not offer quick fixes or advice.
Instead, I offer a compassionate, grounded space to help you understand yourself more deeply and move forward in a way that reflects your self-worth.

50 minutes — $100
A one-time virtual session to process your heartbreak and receive support.
I begin all new client relationships with this session. If after this session this work feels like a good fit for you, you’ll have the option to continue with a coaching package for ongoing support.
Coaching Packages
3 sessions — $285
Ideal for stabilizing, processing emotions, and finding footing after a breakup.
Virtual sessions are 50 minutes each.
6 sessions — $540
Ideal for creating meaningful, lasting change as you move through the process of rebuilding.
