Work With Me
Understand your patterns, build confidence, and create healthier relationships.
Step One:
Mapping Session
If you’re feeling stuck, confused, or unsure why the same challenges keep showing up in your relationships (or you do know why and feel unable to change it), the Mapping Session is your first step.
In this 90-minute session, we will:
Identify the recurring patterns and challenges you’re experiencing in relationships
Explore how your personal history, beliefs, and emotional habits shape the way you connect
Pinpoint the skills and mindset shifts that will make the biggest difference for you right now
Create a personalized “next steps” plan for growth and change
You’ll walk away with:
A visual map of your relationship patterns
Practical tools to start shifting them right away
A deeper understanding of what’s been keeping you stuck — and how to move forward
Step Two:
Relationship Mentorship
Mentorship is for growth-minded young adults who are seeking to understand themselves more deeply and who want to actively change the way they feel, relate, and live so they can plant the seed to enjoy their life in years to come.
We work together to help you:
Build self-esteem and emotional confidence
Understand and shift long-standing patterns
Communicate and set boundaries with more ease
Navigate dating or your relationship, friendships, and family relationships with greater clarity and self-respect
What it looks like:
Bi-weekly 60-minute sessions (or whatever works for you)
Integrating somatic tools, relationship skill-building, and self-reflection practices
Ongoing email support between sessions (optional)

Not at all. I work with clients who are single as well as those in relationships. If you’d like to explore this work with a partner, please contact me to discuss options.

Young adulthood (ages 20–34) is such a formative time for shaping relationships, identity, and life direction. This is the age range I focus on in my work as a Relationship Mentor, because it’s a potent period to create the kinds of relationships that truly support your growth. Having been through most of this stage of life myself, I bring not only my training but also lived experience to support you. You can read more about why I’ve chosen this focus on my About page.
-
That’s completely okay. You don’t need to prepare or know what to say. Our sessions are a space for you to arrive just as you are, and together we’ll move at a pace that feels safe and supportive while also creating meaningful shifts that help you get your needs met.

I’m trained in Conscious Relationship work, Hakomi-informed Somatic Coaching, and crisis intervention, with years of experience supporting individuals and groups (you can read more about My Training on my About page). What this means for you is a grounded, compassionate space to explore your relationships, patterns, and emotions, while also drawing on practical tools to support real change.
I’m continuing my studies in aromatherapy and DBT Skills, and I’m committed to my own personal growth. I bring both my training and lived experience into this work, so you can expect the support you receive to be evolving, embodied, and integrative.
