My approach blends:

Somatic Practices (Hakomi-informed) to give your body a voice, and help you stay grounded and present.

Conscious Relationship Guidance to learn to radically accept the wholeness of your being.

Nervous System Support so you can build the capacity to respond instead of react to old patterns.

Practical Tools (including DBT-informed skills and aromatic anchoring) to ground emotions, improve coping skills, and navigate relationships.
