  • Sessions are a supportive, compassionate space to explore your experience, process emotions, and gain clarity. We work at your pace, focusing on helping you reconnect with yourself and move forward in a grounded and meaningful way.

  • That’s completely okay. You don’t need to prepare or know what to say. Our sessions are a space for you to arrive just as you are, and we’ll move at a pace that feels supportive.

  • One-on-one sessions are 60 minutes.

  • I typically recommend weekly or bi-weekly sessions to begin. We’ll decide on a rhythm that best supports you.

  • Sessions are held online via Google Meet.

  • My hourly rate is $80 in your local currency (CAD or USD) for a limited number of clients.

  • My work is coaching-based and supportive in nature. I do not diagnose or treat mental health disorders, and my services are not a substitute for medical, psychiatric, or emergency care.

  • I am trained in shadow and conscious relationship work, Hakomi-informed somatic coaching, and crisis intervention and suicide prevention. I bring years of experience supporting individuals and groups in navigating emotional and relational challenges.

    I am also completing formal counselling training and intend to pursue registration as a professional counsellor.
