Hi, I’m Alexandra.

For over half a decade, I’ve been deeply engaged in inner work, relationship dynamics, & understanding emotions.

In my twenties, I struggled in relationships. I had difficulty making them last and often lost who I was in the process. That experience led me into this work.

Today, I’m in a loving, committed partnership. It came from building a different relationship with myself.

That’s where our work together begins.

A focused 1:1 session to understand what you’re navigating and begin shifting how you relate to yourself in relationships. This session is virtual.

You’ll leave with:

Ongoing Support

For deeper work and consistent support. All sessions are virtual and 50 minutes.

3 sessions | $355

For stabilizing, processing your experience, and beginning to shift how you show up in relationships.

6 sessions | $675

For deeper exploration. We work with patterns more directly, build self-trust over time, and support lasting change.

    While this work can feel deep and therapeutic, it is not therapy and is not a substitute for medical or mental health care.

  • Sessions are a grounded, supportive space to explore what you’re experiencing and make sense of what’s coming up for you.

    We slow things down in the mind and body, work with your emotions, and begin to understand the patterns underneath your experience.

    We move at your pace and focus on what feels most relevant and helpful for you.

  • I’d recommend starting with weekly or biweekly sessions.

    From there, we find a rhythm that supports you and your process.

  • Yes, all sessions are held online.

    You can join from the comfort of your own space.

  • No. All work begins with a single session.

    From there, you can decide if you’d like ongoing support. There’s no pressure to continue beyond that.
