Hi, I’m Alexandra.
I support women navigating relationship struggles, self-doubt, and patterns of losing themselves in love and connection.
Through 1:1 sessions, writing, and women’s groups/programs, I help clients process emotions safely, reconnect with their bodies and inner experience, and build more authentic, aligned, and fulfilling relationships with themselves and others.
My writing offers reflection, clarity and support for women navigating the complexities of inner work & relationships.

These spaces are designed for emotional support, relational growth, and sisterhood among women.
