Breakups can leave you feeling lost, overwhelmed, and generally stuck. You may find yourself overthinking, questioning yourself, or struggling to reconnect with who you are.

I offer one-on-one coaching to support you through this process, helping you heal from heartbreak, make sense of your experience, and rebuild your sense of self. Our work together gives you the space to fully integrate what you’ve been through so you can move forward with clarity.

Our one-on-one sessions provide a grounded space to process your experience, understand yourself more deeply, and reconnect with you are outside of the relationship so you can step into your next chapter with greater confidence.
