Conscious Relationship Training (CRT)
CRT was founded and is primarily facilitated by Vancouver author and therapist, Phil T. Mistlberger, or by other qualified facilitators he has personally trained and endorsed.
Within CRT, I serve as an Assistant Teacher, supporting participants on their transformational path of radical self-acceptance.
