How I Work
Conscious Relationship refers to your relationship with life, including your relationship to yourself, Spirit/Source/Higher Self, your personal power, and responsibility. We explore how you orient yourself in these key areas using the mirror of how things are in your life currently. We take a look at the ways your mind has held you back, what limiting beliefs you’ve formed over the course of your life, what repressed parts of you might be running the show, and where there are opportunities for emotional healing and growth.
Conscious Relationship
Hakomi-Informed somatic work is a mindfulness-based approach to self-discovery and healing that focuses on exploring how unconscious beliefs and emotional patterns live in your soma (body) and shape your experience. We practice slowing down and tuning into the body from a place of curiousity and compassion to study, tapping into its innate wisdom and creating space for insight and integration.
Please note, this work is not psychotherapy. Instead, it seeks to deepen personal self-discovery and engage a cycle of transformation towards clarity, action, and deeper life satisfaction.
Hakomi-informed Somatic Work
I’ve facilitated women’s circles and shadow workshops, and supported hundreds of people through crisis intervention and suicide prevention. Alongside this work, I’ve studied and trained in Conscious Relationship and Hakomi-informed somatic approaches, taken counselling psychology courses, and participated in many of my own personal growth experiences. I’ve also explored Narrative Therapy, Internal Family Systems, CBT, DBT, Polyvagal Theory, and Aromatherapy as part of my own healing journey.
What I keep coming back to is the power of presence and strengths-based action. When we slow down and meet our experience with compassion and curiosity, and learn to support ourselves and take embodied action from that space, something begins to shift.
My work is person-centred and rooted in assisted self-study: building your capacity to feel, observe, and make meaning of your inner world as a pathway to healing and growth. I’m especially drawn to how unconscious beliefs shape us, and how we can work compassionately with this raw material to create change.
This is the heart of my work: guiding you to feel deeply, heal gently, and live differently.
