Hi, I’m Alexandra.

I offer a grounded, compassionate space for individuals who feel emotionally overwhelmed, self-critical, or stuck in repeating relationship patterns.

Through 1:1 coaching-based sessions, I support clients in developing a grounded relationship with their emotions and inner experience, helping them feel more at home in themselves and more connected in their relationships.

Please note: My work is supportive in nature and does not involve diagnosis or treatment of mental health disorders. It is not a substitute for medical, psychiatric, or emergency care.
